Lourdes Custódio nasceu em 1960 em Luanda-Angola.
Vive e trabalha na Figueira da Foz.
Tem na Colagem e Técnica Mista, a sua grande paixão, embora também goste de pintar em acrílico.
Nos seus trabalhos artísticos tenta envolver o espectador abordando, de forma holística, diversas temáticas e focando interrogativas questões relativas ao ser humano e às suas emoções, à natureza e sua preservação, sublinhando, no entanto, quase sempre, o lado poético da Vida.
